This is our official explanation page. It's where to go for answers to your questions regarding problems and confusions on the website, as well as general information about Douglas & Sturgess, Inc. If you don't find the answer you're looking for (well, at least the answer to your WEBSITE questions, we really don't have the answers to ALL of your questions though sometimes Arty likes to THINK he does) then please email our webmaster and he'll do his level best to set things right. A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPINGWhen you place an order, Douglas & Sturgess charges a handling fee of $5.00 per order. In addition, we will compute the shipping charges for your order at the point that it is packed and fully ready for shipping. We will then (and only then) add this total to your bill before charging your card. RESOURCE PAGES At Douglas & Sturgess we are preeminently interested in helping you to find everything you need to accomplish what you are trying to accomplish. To that end, we have a large number information files on products, types of materials and even general information (like equivalency charts). You will find many of these items on our resources page, as well as within the pages of our print catalog.
